Also within a short walk from the house is Slapton Ley National Nature Reserve which boasts the biggest natural lake in south-west England, while umpteen wonderful beaches including Beesands, Bantham and Mill Bay are within easy reach. An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Devon’s South Hams is a nature lovers dream where ramblers, birdwatchers, swimmers, and dog owners have some of the prettiest spots to indulge their passions. And for parents looking to entice kids off their devices, there are lighthouses to discover, wide open space for running wild, riverside towns like Dartmouth and Kingsbridge to visit, and land and water-based adventures galore.
Living Rooms
The home’s two lovely living rooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) both have patio doors to outside gardens and terraces. The upstairs has views over the village and the valley while both floors enjoy spectacular views of the ocean. The contemporary custom made corner log fire can have the glass door open or closed and there is a basket of logs provided to keep it topped up. The downstairs lounge has a flat screen Smart TV and sliding doors out to the terrace

Situated on the ground floor this unique double height yoga space has plenty of room for yoga/ workouts. Complete your exercise as the sun comes up on the outside terrace or in front the large glass windows of the yoga space.

This ground floor bedroom also has wonderful sea views and is furnished with bunk beds, a desk, built in wardrobe, table with reading lamp, and has a patio door straight out to the large garden

This beautiful en-suite bedroom is on the ground floor and features a super king bed (which can be configured to twins on request), dressing table, mirror, built in wardrobes, side tables and lamps. There are also lovely sea views and a patio door to the garden
