This charming town cottage offers well thought out and sympathetically presented accommodation over 2 floors in an ideal location to explore the Victorian seaside town of Swanage. Dating back to the early nineteenth century, Cutter Cottage is tucked away in a pretty side street just back from the town high street.

Downstairs is an open plan living space that is well laid out offering a snug comfortable seating area with a good choice of books at hand, a dining area for four people and well appointed kitchen.
Upstairs you will find a large king size bedroom well furnished and with ample hanging and storage space. The 2nd bedroom is a good sized twin decorated in a nautical theme. The bathroom provides WC, basin and bath with shower over. Door to seating area and parking.
Located in the centre of Swanage town a moments’ walk to the shops, beach and access to the coastal footpath.

Fantastic location, very clear instructions as always…….as with all staycation holidays,at the moment, a little expensive compared to renting abroad.

Very well stocked property, with everything we could have needed. Childrens table ware provided was a big surprise. Most of the property was very clean, the only exception was the floor was very dirty, could have done with a deep clean. Also, ants were marching in every day through a crack in the doorframe in a long line. Generally, very pleased with the property apart from the floor. We managed to park a Vauxhall Astra ESTATE car with a tow bar in the garage although it was very tight and took nerves of steel.

Nice cottage but only found accurate info on parking on another site shortly before stay - had to use main car park in Swanage at extra cost. Would not have booked if we'd known before. Shower always flooded floor, no matter what we tried - screen is inadequate. Fridge temperature too high, food went off, control already set to maximum. Those stairs are dangerous!! But we appreciated the wine/biscuits/milk and overall had a nice stay, thanks. We won't be returning, though.
