Cove Street Cottage in Weymouth is highly praised for its excellent location, quality decor, and comprehensive amenities. Guests appreciate the proximity to local attractions and the harbour, as well as the well-maintained and fully equipped property. Some concerns were raised about the warmth in the main bedroom and a cleaning oversight prior to arrival, but overall, the property is recommended for a delightful stay.
The property generally maintains good standards of cleanliness, though there was an instance where it was not cleaned to expectations before a guest's arrival. This seems to be an isolated incident rather than a common issue.
The cottage's location is consistently lauded, with guests loving its proximity to Brewers Quay, local shops, cafes, and the seafront. The charm of the harbour area adds to the appeal.
Guests find the property comfortable, but there have been comments about the main bedroom being very warm, suggesting that the inclusion of fans could enhance comfort during sleep.
The property is well-equipped with appliances and utensils, and guests are impressed with the quality provided. However, there was a mention of a lack of mirrors in bedrooms, which could be improved.
There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the owner, so it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

Cove Street Cottage was in an excellent location for us, pubs, cafe's and a local shop right on the doorstep and just a short walk from the town and sea front. Being so close to the harbour was a delight, watching the boats passing by was one of our favourite bits. The only downside was the cottage was very warm especially the main bedroom at the top of the house. we found it very difficult to sleep at night. it would have been helpful if a couple of fans had been available to cool it down a bit. Other than that, the house was well maintained and fully equipped with all we needed. Thank you for the stay.

On inspection I could find no fault whatsoever. Absolutely every need was catered for , from appliances to utensils. Cove Street Cottage is by far the best holiday accommodation I have stayed in. I would 100% recommend and my family and I (including 5 month old granddaughter) will certainly be returning

The property was very comfortable with all the features we like. The only issue we had was that the property we believed hadn't been cleaned before we arrived and also the fridge freezer had been left turned off so we couldn't use straight away (more annoying was the fridge has an audible alarm to let you know it's not cold and this sounded for an hour before it fell silent) I raised these issues with the rental management company (Dreams cottages) on the Monday and they offered to get cleaner round on Tuesday. We declined as we had already cleaned all the floors and hoovered by then. As for the fridge they were baffled why tge fridge is fully booked and no need to have turned off. But all in all a great property and would definitely recommend
