Park Farm House has lots of room and in a perfect location. The kitchen has everything you could want and is very well equipped. There are ample bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group and a lovely large dining table. The heating is efficient and there was always plenty of hot water. It has a lovely outdoor space with lots of room for the children to explore and although the house is a bit tired it is good value for the money.
