Ravensprings is a fabulous Victorian Mansion House built for the Mayor of Brighouse. Located just 2 miles from the M62 and 12 miles from the M! it is the ideal base for the gathering of friends and families from different parts of the UK.

Situated in an elevated, quiet residential road Ravensprings is just a few minutes away from the thriving centre of the market town of Brighouse. And yes you can walk to a pub. in fact you can walk to several. There is also a pool table in the House.

The massive sitting room 11m x 5m (34' x 16') is the just one of the reasons that Ravensprings is the ideal venue for lots of friends, families and large groups. Comfortably furnished to seat up to 23 this fabulous sitting room has an open fire and wifi and Sky + sports. Another reasons that the House is so popular for celebrations is the large dining room again with seating for full capacity, it is frequently used by guests who wish to book silver service dinners or simply have a large buffet banquet. The large kitchen has two cookers, one a range style, a dishwasher, American fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, etc.

The 8 bedrooms have very comfortable beds which includes a grand four poster bed with a full en suite bathroom with double ended bath etc. This is bedroom is ideal for the bride or even bride and groom because although Ravensprings is not a wedding House it is frequently used to accommodate wedding guests.

There is also a ground floor bedroom with shower if you have trouble with stairs. The other bedrooms are all different and quaint.

There are 2 full bathrooms, 2 en suite shower rooms, 1 en suite bedroom with pretty park views, 1 shower room and a vanity basin is 2 rooms. there are in total 6 toilets.

Outside there is off road parking for 5 vehicles and unrestricted on road parking which is good as the House stands on a corner. The gardens surround the House bar the part where there is parking. there are various areas for sitting outside and as the House is south facing it is a very sunny garden indeed. There are picnic benches for 24 and a built in barbeque if you fancy alfresco dining.

Guests especially for hen weekends frequently have services come to the House including cocktail making, pampering and a knicker and champagne making party.

The location of Ravensprings just 2 miles from the M62 make it an excellent centre to explore the three counties of Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Lancashire. Or may be you just fancy driving into Leeds City Centre for clubbing and shopping.

There are numerous shops bars and restaurants locally. Excellent gastro country pubs just a short drive away. The top of the Dales at Holmfirth is just 20 mins drive and there are many outdoor activity centres within a short drive.

Locally we have horseriding, a driving range, rock climbing as well as Brighouse paintball and lazer centre to name a few, within 30mins you can be walking in Haworth Bronte country or the Dales or kyaking the reservoirs or cruising the Calderdale on a traditional barge. Send the kids down a mine or spend a lovely day at the West Yorkshire Sculpture Park. Visit Galleries, theatres, lots of indoor fun at Xscape.

Special Deal is that Weekends start Friday and include (all day) Sunday - 3pm so no rushing off or having to book Sunday night.
