Lovely property for our group holiday, great size for 5 adults and 2 children. Lots of parking space. Very warm, with very comfortable and clean beds, pillows and bedding. Great location to walk into Helmsley and to various local attractions/walks. Big fridge freezer, lots of crockery & Cutlery & everything clean and tidy. Aga was great to cook on. Couldn’t fault it and would definately look to stay again.

Very comfortable, well equipped stay for our group of friends. The beds were very comfortable and cosy with lovely bedding. Short walk into the centre of Helmsley with plenty of cafes, pubs and quaint shops. Large kitchen table was great to bring us all together. Would stay again

Well equipped, spacious house which is tastefully furnished. Great kitchen/diner/sitting room plus a further sitting room on the ground floor, which enabled us to meet comfortably with relations who live in the locality. Also a nice private garden at the rear with a 'garden room' which leads out onto the terrace. We had a great holiday and made the most of the beautiful countryside in and around Helmsley.
