The Grade II-listed townhouse is arranged across four floors and is awash with original features and quirky artefacts. The property has two entrances – one via the courtyard at lower-ground-floor level and one via a flight of stairs to the ground floor. On the lower ground floor you’ll find an open-plan kitchen/diner for hosting memorable mealtimes. The stylish kitchen area has everything you need to whip up delicious feasts, and the stunning dining table with leather chairs provides a comfortable space for entertaining. Completing this level is a games room with a football table, as well as a handy sink and washing machine for dealing with sandy beach gear. Step back in time with a ride on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, where you can chug by steam train though the unspoilt countryside from Whitby to the market town of Pickering (18 miles).
