5 stars all round for place, can't fault it at all, so much so I have booked the Captains Cottage, 2 doors down for next year. The welcome hamper was a fantastic surprise with fresh milk & butter in the fridge. We have stayed all over the UK and in Whitby it's self on many occasions & I have to say this is by far the best cottage / holiday home we have stayed in. As a rule we generally throw in an airfryer & slow cooker etc. in the car, I should have saved the space & used it for a case or 2 of beers instead, "fully equipped kitchen" doesn't serve it justice. All I can say is you won't be disappointed staying here.
