Pennymore Cottage sits in its own grounds in peaceful seclusion, a stone’s throw away from Loch Fyne, and enjoying majestic views of the Loch and surrounding countryside. You will find yourself literally “off the beaten track” as it is approached by a mile drive through woodland along the lochside from the nearby village of Furnace.

This 18th century property has been renovated to a high standard, offering all the modern comforts you will need for a truly relaxing holiday. From the property, red squirrels, pine martin, buzzards, deer and the occasional eagle can be spotted and in the loch seals, gannets and if you’re lucky a dolphin can be seen! For the more outdoors there are ample wonderful walking opportunities or fishing from nearby Pennymore point provides Mackerel, Pollock, Summer Cod and Sea Trout – ideal for summer barbeques!

The village of Furnace boasts a general store and post office, while a short drive away you will discover the town of Inverary which is host to a wealth of lovely local shops, pubs and restaurants.
