30 Inverleith Row is an imposing stone-built townhouse dating from the mid-19th century. The house retains much of its original period detail with a fine timber staircase, wide bay windows and high ceilings with ornamental plasterwork. There is an enclosed rear garden accessed by doors from the conservatory, with a lawn, patio and flower beds. Of particular note is the wonderful open views across playing fields to the front of the house and of the glasshouses of the botanic gardens to the rear.

Royal Botanic Gardens was established in 1670. During the 20th century three regional gardens were acquired, Benmore in Argyll, Dawyck in the Scottish borders and Logan on the southern peninsula of Dumfries and Gallway. They represent one of the world’s largest living collection of plants.
Holyrood Palace – The Palace of Holyroodhouse, commonly referred to as Holyrood Palace, is the official residence of the British monarch in Scotland. The history of the Palace is amazing, and formal Royal residents include Mary Queen of Scots who witnessed the murder of her secretary Rizio by her husband Lord Darnley
Her Majesty’s Yacht Britannia, also known as the Royal Yacht Britannia has been in service from 1954 – 1997, with 986 state visits. The Yacht has hosted many state visits including welcoming Sir Winston Churchill,Ghandi and Nelson Mandela. Today she is an award-winning visitor attraction and evening events venue permanently berthed at Ocean Terminal, Leith. She is visited by over 300,000 tourists each year.
Scottish National Gallery is located on The Mound in central Edinburgh, in a neoclassical building designed by William Henry Playfair. It first opened to the Public in 1859.The gallery houses the Scottish and international art from the beginning of the Renaissance up to the start of the 20th century. Admission is free, but a charge may be made for special exhibitions
