Situated in the quiet hamlet of Kettlehill, the semi-detached holiday cottage has spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. The hamlet boasts a putting club where you can enjoy a round, and during the summer, the club holds regular competitions. Guests who are golf enthusiasts are spoilt for choice with courses within a 25-mile radius including the Old Course at St Andrews and Ladybank golf course just 3 miles away. This area offers some great days out for all the family including award-winning sandy beaches at Elie, St Andrews and Tentsmuir, aswell as a pine forest with nature trails, dunes and beaches where seals are regularly seen basking. Within a short driving distance you can join the Fife Coastal Path which takes you through picture postcard fishing villages with super coastal views, historic harbours and plenty of places to stop for refreshments and award-winning fish and chip restaurants. For outdoor enthusiasts The Lomond Hills Regional Park provides a great day with walks to suit all abilities and Fife Cycle network takes you on cycle-friendly roads. After a day exploring, S85291 provides a haven in which to relax on your return.
