The world famous sub-tropical Inverewe Garden, owned by the National Trust for Scotland, is only 6 miles away and offers a fascinating experience' at all times of the year. Gairloch village also boasts an award winning Heritage museum with the old Rua Reidh lighthouse and many other fascinating exhibits - all housed in a restored farm building. Gairloch's popular 9-hole golf course is situated nearby, close to the beautiful golden-sanded beach. A haven for wildlife, including whales, porpoises, seals and sea-otters, Loch Gairloch is also a bird-spotter's paradise. There are sea fishing and wildlife cruises available from the harbour allowing you to take in the scenery and enjoy wildlife in its natural habitat.
