This modern, detached villa rests in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Newtonmore in the Cairngorms National Park.

Newtonmore village was the setting for the popular TV series Monarch of the Glen. The Highland Folk Museum is used for Outlander TV series. Enter into the small vestibule where you can leave your coats and belongings behind and wander into the warm and cosy sitting room. In the evening this will become your little escape for some 'me time' in front of the log burner. For more of this, the sun room where you can relax with a good book and admire the lovely decked garden which borders the room. Enjoy preparing those appetising meals in the well-equipped kitchen with dining table (seats 4) before heading into the main dining area (seats 12) and gathering with your loved ones. The utility area holds those extras (washing machine, sink, drying rack) you may need and provides access to the garden for your convenience. The third toilet with hand basin is conveniently located on the ground floor. Take the stairs to arrive at the front-facing double bedroom situated next to two twins that promise a good night's sleep. Offering a different style, the master bedroom is home to a king-size bed and boasts an en-suite with a walk-in shower. Close by, the family bathroom benefits from a bath with an overhead shower, and you have all the space you need to get ready ahead of your day. The area which is part of the Cairngorms National Park offers fine golf, fishing, pony trekking, hill and mountain walking, bird watching, cycling, mountain biking (Laggan Wolftrack 20 min), canoeing (Spey Decent), climbing (Summer and Winter) and skiing (Cairn Gorm 30min / Nevis Range 1hr), making it an ideal base from which to discover all that this scenic part of Scotland has to offer. This is an excellent house for family holidays, with so much to see and do in the area.
Situated within the Cairngorms National Park - Britain's largest - and overlooking the River Spey, Newtonmore has a lot to offer its visitors, no matter what the time of year.
