When I asked for extra glasses and a roasting tin our host supplied new ones quickly - even though it was Christmas Day. Everything worked very well.

Very pretty inside and the upstairs lounge/kitchen/diner gives access to lovely views. A lovely location though it is accessed from a busy road on the edge of the village. The cottage, however, is well set back so you don't particularly hear the noise once inside the cottage. There is a large shed in the outside area of the cottage, not sure is this is mentioned or not. It would be very suitable for storing bicycles in, should anyone want to use it as a base for cycling, subject to the owners permission of course. We would go back which is always a good sign that the cottage met our high standards.

It was a change to have the kitchen and living room upstairs. With great views of the countryside. Lovely place to unwind very relaxing. Sonia and Steve were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
