    S83056 is a spacious renovated Victorian villa located in the very heart of the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park village of Aberfoyle. This well presented self catering villa is conveniently situated with restaurants and shops on your doorstep. The accommodation is roomy and bright providing a great holiday base for a large family to explore the National Park and Stirlingshire. There is a large well equipped family kitchen with dining area. The comfortable lounge has ample seating for everyone to relax, a feature fire place and flat screen TV. The three bedrooms are well proportioned allowing space for everyone. The private ground floor front door access leads into a large hallway providing space to store bicycles/fishing tackle/golf clubs. Aberfoyle has a great selection of eateries and pubs, a wonderful butcher and deli, some interesting craft and gift shops and access to beautiful countryside.
    First Floor:
    Property is all on first floor level has electric heaters and comprises:
    Lounge: With electric fire, TV, DVD, radio/CD, good selection of games and books
    Kitchen/Diner: With two electric ovens, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining area and TV
    Utility Room: With washing machine and tumble dryer
    Bedroom 1: With king size bed
    Bedroom 2: With double bed and double sofa bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements).
    Bedroom 3: With two single beds
    Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC and wash basin. All electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and high chair available by request. Stair gate is fixed at top of stairs.

    "The flat was lovely and was very comfortable. Its main problem is the early morning deliveries at the Co-op and the noise starting very early in the mornings. It was advertised that it had Wifi but transpired that there was no router and no Wifi. Other than that, there can be nothing but praise.A beautiful, original holiday let."

    "This was a lovely flat, with beautiful original features and everything in it (and more) that one would want/need for their stay. It was very clean and comfortable.The only down side was that it is right next door to the Co-op supermarket and deliveries start at 4am, even on a Sunday. Deliveries are very noisy, as the windows are not double glazed, probably because they are still the original windows. It was such a shame as we loved the flat.Location score reflected this rather than Aberfoyle itself. Also value for money score was dropped too as we go on holiday for a rest, which disappointingly was not to be."

    "Great location, lovely flat, great kitchen and living room.But unfortunately the bathroom was freezing and the heating in entrance didn’t work.No WiFi is always a great minus now days. A small increase in price would easily pay for it."

    "This a very large and well appointed flat in the heart of Aberfoyle, with excellent facilities, nearby to good shops - including a brilliant butchers and a good sized Co-op and within walking distance of stunning woodland walks and beautiful lochs. The noise from early morning deliveries is a bit annoying and the beds could have been more comfortable (they all seem to have quite thin 'cheap' mattresses). Two heaters weren't working when we arrived, an electrician came to fix a bedroom one within an hour but the one for the large hallway wasn't fixable and resulted in a quite cool area in the centre of the flat. The large television was excellent but didn't have the correct connections for the DVD player (so that didn't work)."
