Amlwch is a delightful seaside town boasting a wide range of shops and activities including the Heritage Copper Trail, Old Mine Works and a golf course nearby to name a few. The whole of Anglesey is easily accessible by car offering a tremendous amount of attractions and an array of shops, pubs and restaurants. Amlwch lies on the Isle of Anglesey, a coastal location. With a mining history, the village now plays host to activities and attractions, making it a location for a family holiday. Discover the history of Amlwch and its copper mining tradition, part of the beautiful 125 mile coastal path that winds its way along the coast of Anglesey, or visit the Old Mine Works at Mynydd Parys which some say resemble the surface of the Moon. Fishing and golf are both are available in Amlwch with the Bull Bay Golf Club close by, and sea fishing a popular pastime. Take the ferry to Dublin and spend a day enjoying Ireland, or stay on Anglesey and make the most of one the beaches.
