About this property

Tegfryn Cottage has been beautifully restored to create a gorgeous holiday home. It sits in a peaceful location near Moelfre on the east coast of Anglesey, close to some of North Wales' finest sandy beaches and coves.

The fabulous kitchen has limestone floors with under-floor heating - bliss! It is furnished with a farmhouse table and chairs, and in fine weather you can throw open the French windows and enjoy al fresco meals. It is equipped to the highest standard with an electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dryer. You can enjoy a film on the wall mounted flat screen TV.

The charming sitting room has a gas wood-burning effect stove, comfortable sofas and chairs, and is decorated with lovely paintings. It has a flat screen TV and DVD player.

Much care has gone into preparing the three bedrooms (two doubles and one single), with brass and wrought iron bedsteads, comfortable mattresses, pretty colours and furniture.

There is a huge bathroom with bath, loo and wash hand basin, and the separate shower cubicle has a power shower with drencher head.

The pretty garden is well tended and has a terrace.

In nearby Moelfre, you'll find a good selection of restaurants, cafes and pubs, and you can also join the Anglesey coastal footpath.

A blend of antique and contemporary furniture, under-floor heating throughout, carefully chosen colours and finest quality beds with Egyptian cotton bedding make this holiday cottage so warm and welcoming. Tegfryn Cottage is an ideal retreat at any time of year - relax and indulge in luxurious comfort.

Please note that there is quite a drop from one part of the garden to another, so it is not ideal for young children.

Quaint and peaceful hamlet between Moelfre and Benllech on the east coast of Anglesey. Take a short stroll to Traeth Bychan with its popular beach and cafe. You can hire a kayak and take in the sights of the bay. Nearby Benllech and Moelfre are a short drive away. Easy accesible to the Coastal Path, you could head off to Lligwy Beach, or pop along to the see the old Roman ruins and the Neolithic Burial Chamber. Head over to Beaumaris or Menai Bridge for some lovely shops and fab places to eat.
