Situated in the charming village of Penmon, on the south east tip of Anglesey, this holiday house is full of character. It is located in a prime elevated spot which means that it benefits from the most stunning views across the Menai Strait to the majestic Snowdonia mountain range.
The lovely bright, well equipped kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with ice box.
There is a small chest freezer and washing machine located in the utility room.
In the sitting room, the beautiful high ceilings, original parquet flooring, a cosy open fire and a picture window will have you captivated for hours! The comfy sofas and padded window cushions give plenty of seating options. There is a TV with freesat and DVD player and a circular dining table.
Just off the sitting room there is a fantastic children's den, perfect for escaping the adults! There is a TV monitor for DVDs, games, books and beanbags for lounging.
There are three bedrooms. The twin bedroom has access to a private balcony and steps to the garden. There is a further double and single room.
A shower room has loo, hand basin and towel radiator. There is also a separate loo.
The charming and mature terraced garden has a small pond, decked seating areas and a lovely sunroom that benefits from central heating, so that you can enjoy the garden and views even in the cooler months.
As the house is a short walk to sandy beaches and the Anglesey coastal path is right on your doorstep, it is easy to explore Penmon Point with fantastic views of the lighthouse and Puffin Island.
It is just a short drive to historic Beaumaris with its independent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants, not to mention the famous Red Boat ice-cream parlour.
The lane up to the house is narrow and steep. It is accessible by car but not any larger vehicles.
Due to the pond and steep inclines, please ensure small children are supervised at all times whilst in the garden.
