Glorious scenery, this cosy yet spacious cottage for ten is just 4 miles from the picturesque town of Llandeilo – and within easy distance to castles, rivers, pictures and adventures.

With truly stunning views over glorious countryside, this Llandeilo Holiday Cottage is pet-friendly and ideal for a family or a group of friends. Outside there is a large balcony and gardens, whilst inside you can relax in front of the cosy log fire or entertain in the large open plan kitchen and dining area. There are many attractions nearby including Carreg Cennen and Dinefwr Castles and Brechfa Forest. Llandeilo itself is a traditional town with many unique shops and boutiques, and plenty of places to eat and drink. The Dulais River flows nearby and guests have exclusive fishing rights on this Tywi tributary.

From the cottage the views are truly breathtaking, looking over the Carmarthenshire Fans, Black Mountains and the lush green surrounding farmland.

Lower ground floor

Sitting and dining room – In the older part of the cottage, this snug and cosy room has a log burning stove, a piano (tuned) and table and chairs.

Ground floor

Kitchen - Large, well-equipped kitchen and dining area, (ideal for entertaining) with dining for 10 people.

Main lounge – Spacious lounge with comfy seating for 10, TV, DVD, a selection of books and games, and french doors leading out on to the balcony.

Master bathroom – large bathroom with bath, wc and separate shower unit.

Master bedroom – Stunning views from this room, king size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and en-suite with wc and shower.

Utility room – Washing machine, fridge and freezer compartment and a separate wc.

Twin / Double room – Located opposite the master bedroom and also with great views, the twin beds that can be made into a double on request.

Twin bedroom - Built-in wardrobe and hanging space with twin beds that can be made into a double on request.

1st floor

Double bedroom – Located in the old section of the house with charming wooden beams, double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

Outside

There is a south facing patio area which comes with its own picnic table, chairs and parasol. There is also a BBQ.

The property has a large contained garden with a lawn area which is partially shaded by oak trees. There is a small tree swing.

Additional Information

Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk.

Own private fishing on a tributary of the Tywi.

Tree swing can be used by younger children accompanied by an adult or older children at own risk.

Bed linen and towels provided.

Electricity and central heating included.

High chair and travel cot available on request. Please bring your own bed linen for the cot.

Wi-fi available.

The following items are also provided at the cottage for your stay - Kitchen: salt and pepper, kitchen roll, washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets, new dishcloths and scourers, tin foil and cling film. Bathroom: liquid hand soap and 2 toilet rolls per toilet. General cleaning products: bleach, shower cleaner, anti bacterial spray etc.

No smoking inside.

Pets allowed (max 2 dogs at £26 each)
