This cottage near Llandovery is a stunning barn conversion, spacious, light and airy, retaining some old features whilst providing all modern facilities - and fine views! 5 miles NE Llandovery on the edge of Brecon Beacons National Park.

It has a ground floor triple bedroom + ensuite shower room designed for wheelchair use and five upstairs bedrooms: two doubles + ensuite shower rooms, two twins and another double; two travel cots and a stairgate are available. Bath/shower room, ground floor WC, drying room and utility with washing machine. The Llandovery cottage has a huge open-plan living room with a super kitchen at one end; wood floor with rugs, woodburner (logs supplied), two sets of French windows. Dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, range cooker with gas hob; Freeview TV, DVD, playstation, WiFi & oil central heating.

Garden with patio & lawn, two picnic benches and barbecue, and visitors are welcome to bring their own ponies, with plenty of grazing available and access to over 70 acres. Undercover bike storage, good pubs in Llandovery and Llanwrtyd Wells. Extensive walking, mountain bike trails and horse riding from the door. Walkers and Cyclists Welcome accreditation. Birdwatching, local fishing & pony trekking. Brecon, Dolaucothi Roman Gold Mines and National Botanic Garden of Wales all about half hour drive.
