The not so good; 1. Oil fired boiler in the dining room is open and noisy with fuel smell first thing in the morning - as a minimum it should be enclosed 2. cooking pans very limited with one frying so distorted it was not useable 3 electric fire substituted for log burners (2021?) ineffective and noisy One did not work only had light effect 4 Over head lighting was very harsh with limited side/ table lights which had to be borrowed from the bedrooms 5. 2 of the 3 double beds mattresses were very uncomfortable with springs felt through the topping It was fortunate we did not have 3 adult couples staying 6. Rubbish disposal referred to a wheely bin There was none only a small single bin which was already full when we arrived Bagged rubbish was subject to fox/ rodent on 3rd day. 7 used the dryer once but did not repeat as several items were stained with what appeared to be oil On getting home could not remove marks.

    Well equipped, would definitely return

No criticisms at all. Would just point out that, if you are bringing a dog, one of the fences is low and slightly damaged plus a fox visits regularly in the evenings. There is another part of the garden that is secure though, although you cannot let you dog out of the back door straght into the garden.
