A really great house in an ideal location right in the centre of wonderful Holt. Brilliant having 3 ensuites. Only 2 negatives - the seating area only accomodates 5, at a squeeze, and the seat itself is VERY uncomfortable. There is room to replace this with 2 comfy sofas. Would return but only if the seating were changed. Lack of dishwasher very poor in a property for 6. There is plenty of room in the large kitchen to fit one in.

Brilliant location with a wonderful town literally on your doorstep. An ideal location for exploring this area of Norfolk with comfortable bedrooms and lovely bathrooms ready to refresh you when you return from days out.

All our party thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Holt. The Retreat is ideally situated within the town with easy access to all the facilities. The property was clean and comfortable with plenty of utensils and equipment for all. Excellent value for money. Will most certainly be looking to return in the future.
