Just a short downhill walk to the seaside village and beach of Saundersfoot, this gorgeous terraced holiday cottage is modern, stylish and spacious. Saundersfoot has a pretty harbour and a great selection of pubs, shops and restaurants. There are many other great beaches nearby including Amroth, Tenby, Barafundle and Broad Haven South. There are a wealth of family attractions within a short drive including Folly Farm, Heatherton Activity Park, Oakwood Theme Park and Manor House Wildlife Park. The cottage is only 3 miles from the town of Tenby with its shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, and close to the Pembrokeshire coastal path which boasts some of the most beautiful views in the UK.
Size – sleeps six in three bedrooms.
Beds – one double, two singles, one bunk.
Rooms – ground floor – open plan lounge/diner and conservatory area leading out to balcony with sea views.
Kitchen and utilities – fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, toaster and kettle.
Entertainment – 3 TVs, DVD player, wifi.
For families – travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside – courtyard and terrace with scenic sea views. Detached utility room with washing machine, wc and basin.
Parking – 1 space on driveway, plus street parking available.
General – electricity and heating included. Bed linen and towels provided. Secure bicycle and equipment storage available. Iron and ironing board provided. Basic items are provided, such as washing up liquid, soap, toilet rolls, salt and pepper etc. Supermarket delivery is available to the cottage, and there are plenty of local shops in nearby Saundersfoot and Tenby.
Pets – up to 2 pets allowed, £25 per pet.
Please take care with young children as there is a drop from edge of patio area onto garden.

Nice property with lovely view of the coast. Very spacious and quirky as expected for an old property, sloping floors and very interesting old bedroom doors. It was well equipped, the only fault we found was it needs a towel rail in the bathroom. It is a 10 minute walk to the town centre and situated in a very quiet area.

Excellent sea views to wake up to from main bedroom, outside decking lovely views, clean throughout, plenty of space, bifold doors open onto decking, log burners available for cold weather, thoroughly enjoyed 4 day break.
