This pretty single storey holiday cottage, (originally the local Smithy) is situated in the tiny hamlet of Rhodiad y Brenin exactly one mile from St Davids in Pembrokeshire.

St Davids boasts a lovely selection of eateries, galleries and shops and of course the magnificent cathedral and Bishop's Palace.

The Blue Lagoon, Whitesands beach and Porthgain harbour are all close by. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is easily accessed and a trip round Ramsey Island to see the birds and seals is recommended!

The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped, making it ideal for a holiday at any time of they year.

Entrance is into a lobby and into a small hallway with the sitting room beyond.The property has wooden floors with attractive rugs throughout.

The sitting room has an ornamental fireplace and is furnished with a comfortable leather 3 piece suite, nest of tables, occasional furniture,  FreeviewTV with DVD player.

The kitchen/dining room has a range of fitted units incorporating an electric cooker with grill and hob, freezer, fridge and a microwave oven. The dining area has a dining table and 5 chairs.

The utility/boot room has a washing machine, boiler and coat/boot space.

There are three bedrooms:

The master bedroom is very spacious and has a double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables and an En-suite bathroom with a white suite of corner bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

Situated off the bedroom is a delightful conservatory/SUN room with a slate floor, cane seating and table. The sun room overlooks the enclosed garden and there is a door to the patio area.

bedroom 2 has a double bed with limited access from one side, bedside table and shelf, wardrobe and a very attractive original fireplace.

bedroom 3 has a single bed, wardrobe bedside table and chest of drawers. The beds are all made up with fresh linen for your arrival.

The family bathroom has a suite of white bath, WC and wash hand basin.

Garden and Parking

The delightful landscaped garden has a slate patio and attractive planting in circular beds.

A garden table and benches are provided.

There are two parking spaces outside the cottage.

Other Information

Electricity and oil fired central heating is included from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £30 per week at all other times (please pay owner before leaving).

A highchair is available; please bring your own cot.

No smoking.

Towels are available to hire at £5 per guest.

No pets.
