The soft sands and aquamarine coastlines of St. Ives in Cornwall are gorgeous enough to rival tropical beauty spots across the world. Best known for its glorious beaches and excellent surf, the town is perfect for those who love nothing more than being beside the seaside. From sea safaris to surfing classes, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained here.

Excellent for those who can’t decide between coast or country for their next break!

Place to stay: Albany House is a charming Georgian townhouse, located right in the heart of Whitby town.
