This spacious, modern villa is open plan and welcomes sunlight through the various large windows and sliding doors. The open plan living area means everyone can be together while doing their own things - and with air-conditioning throughout, it’s the perfect place to seek respite during the hottest parts of the day.
The kitchen is well-equipped, offering an oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, gas stove, kettle and coffee machine. Mornings can begin with the smell of coffee drifting through the house, and the smell of fresh pastries waking everyone from their slumber. Preparing feasts with local delicacies is a holiday favourite for many guests, and the large dining table is the perfect place for this to be enjoyed with plenty of space to seat guests.
There are three bedrooms at this villa, with extra bedding options to sleep up to seven guests. The rooms are also bright and airy, with large windows letting in the sun. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony, with seats awaiting morning coffees and evening vinos.
The outdoor area is equally as beautiful, with a large private pool surrounded by sun chairs. There’s plenty of lawn area for games of football or tag, after all, what better way to tire out younger guests. There are outdoor dining options as well because alfresco dining on holiday is a must - and what better than doing so poolside. Meals can be prepared on the barbeque and enjoyed the outdoor dining area.

Istria is a stunning spot, with clear blue seas and deep valleys and gullies, contrasted by rolling hills dotted with little towns. It is the westernmost county of the Republic of Croatia and the largest peninsula of the Adriatic. It’s a very enchanting place, with tiny village alleyways, tales of giants and unique architectural touches. It’s a friendly town, with rich natural resources from truffles and wine to olives.
This villa is located in Poreč, a popular resort town. It boasts an incredibly rich history, including the historic old town that has the 6th-century Euphrasian Basilica complex, which is renowned for its Byzantine mosaics. Wander the cobbled streets and find the perfect bar or restaurant with a seafront view for a local glass of wine or a gelato.
This nearest beach is Gradska plaža Vrsar, which is 18km from the villa and just 500m from the old town. It is a gravel/rock beach, that is safe for young children, but small children need extra careful supervision. There are restaurants and beach bars in the area, as well as a children’s park and a lift for disabled visitors.
There are many useful amenities nearby the villa that can make everything a little easier, such as restaurants, shops and even a post office should you wish to send a postcard home.
