Outside, the patio provides the perfect place to while away sunny afternoons enjoying a barbecue, with far-reaching sights stretching all the way to the Knockalla Mountains beyond the bay. Wander down to the world-renowned beach, once awarded as the second-most beautiful in the world, and settle on the golden sands; safe for bathing, why not stop to dip your toes in the clear waters or take a well-deserved swim after a long walk? For golfers, a day or two at Portsalon's links course is not to be missed, where you can enjoy sweeping sights across the sea. Set just one mile from pretty Portsalon, spend the evening in this sleepy little port and enjoy fine seafood fresh from the sea in the resort's bar/restaurant.
