This charming, two-storey villa has six spacious double bedrooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests, ideal for a large family or a group of friends getaway.
The villa is set on its own grounds, surrounded by lush trees, and contains a private swimming pool. The property comes with all the mod cons, including air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, televisions, and private parking for up to three cars. The interesting thing about this property is that there is no interior connection and only access to the floors via an external staircase, making this a perfect option for two families travelling together who still appreciate their privacy!
Enter the villa at the ground floor level, where you will find a bright and breezy open-plan living space with access to the pool terrace. The seating area has a comfy sofa with a coffee table facing a flat-screen television. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need to cater to your stay, or you can arrange for a private chef to do all the hard work for you! Villa Orlando can be found slightly inland from the costa of the Costa Blanca, near the charming coastal town of Moraira, along the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is approximately roughly an hour's drive from the nearest international airport in Alicante, or you can come from Valencia, further north up the coast. Although roughly a 2-kilometre drive from Moraria, you are within walking distance to restaurants and a supermarket.
The nearest beach is the golden sands of Playa de l'Ampolla, just a short drive away in Moraira, where you can swim and sunbathe next to the town's many restaurants, bars, and shops. Attached to this lovely beach is also a playground - so it's a great option to take the kids! Keep fit with a round of golf at the nearby Ifach Golf Club, a game of tennis at the local club, or hike or bike the scenic trails to discover the local flora and fauna.
Spend the day in the picturesque towns of Javea and Calpe, where you will discover beautiful churches, castles, watch towers, and local markets for fresh produce and souvenirs.
