The stunning Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that surrounds S42698 provides an abundance of picturesque walks - uncrowded and unspoilt, the area teems with wild flowers and rare wildlife.
One of the most challenging sections of the South West Coast Path passes nearby. The soaring cliffs, craggy shoreline, rocky outcrops and sparkling waterfalls along this part of the walk are spectacular.
The town of Bude is 20 minutes away, with many shops, pubs and restaurants as well as surfing beaches and a unique sea pool. Riding stables and lake fishing are available locally and S42698 is well-placed for day trips further south into Cornwall or north to explore Exmoor National Park.
This property offers a low occupancy discount on full weekly bookings of 20% for parties of 4 or fewer and 30% for parties of 2 or fewer at certain times of the year. This means that that if low occupancy for 2, then you are restricted to the use of Bedroom 1 and if low occupancy for 4, then you are restricted to the use of Bedrooms 1 and 2.
