Everything excellent, lovely location in Derbyshire Dales, close to Linacre Reservoirs. Owners so kind and helpful.

A beautiful comfortable cottage in a lovely area, well equipped and perfect in every way. The owners were available if needed and very friendly.

The cottage was very pleasant. There is an enclosed garden area but you need to go out of the cottage front door and through a gate on the side. The garden isn't accessible through the cottage and the road has a lot of fast moving traffic at times! The bed is enormous and so comfy. Chairs are comfortable too in the sitting room, TV was fine, small but we weren't there to watch TV. Everything you needed in the kitchen area. We thought the property is in a good location but we had difficulty seeing the entrance. Best to reverse in and drive out slowly. Might benefit from a mirror on the main road as my wife had to get out and check the traffic. We'd recommend this property with reservations for dog owners.
