. lovely little Cottage nicely modernised. Everything you need. Very comfy bed. Only worry would be that the garden isn't secure for your Dog, however not a problem for us as we went out everyday walking and our dog never needed to go in the garden. Will book again when we are in Lincolnshire.

.the village is very quiet and friendly

The location was excellent being only a few miles from the lovely market town of Louth and a few miles from nature reserves and the coast. The village itself is surrounded by a great public footpath that takes you on a circular route through fields and back again and both us and our dog absolutely loved the walks. Everyone we met in the village was really friendly which was a bonus too. The cottage itself has everything you could need and is super relaxing. A real home from home.
