Source fresh food produce at Keswick s markets and visit the town s museums and cinema (0.5 miles) or explore the ancient Castlerigg Stone Circle (1.5 miles). Take a family friendly stroll on Derwent Water Walk which skirts for 10 miles around the lake hop on and off the launch cruise boats to make the journey more entertaining for children and look out for curious red squirrels in the woods by the shore.
