Guests say

Rothay 17 is a well-regarded apartment in Ambleside, praised for its cleanliness, stunning views, and prime location. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, and the convenience of walking into town. Some minor issues with comfort and maintenance are noted, but overall, guests are very satisfied and often recommend the property.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The apartment consistently receives high praise for its cleanliness, with multiple reviews highlighting its spotless condition upon arrival. The kitchens and bathrooms are particularly commended for their cleanliness.

The location is highly valued for its superb views and proximity to Ambleside's centre, with easy access to local amenities and walks. The steep walk to town is mentioned, but it does not significantly detract from the overall positive reception of the location.

Comfort receives positive feedback for the property's spaciousness and the quality of sleep provided by the beds. However, some guests mention that the lounge seating and mattresses could be improved, and the check-in and check-out times could be more accommodating.

Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and the inclusion of modern bathrooms. However, there are several comments about the impracticality of the shower heads and the lack of a washing machine. Maintenance issues like the broken blind and weeds in the patio area are also noted.

While guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen and bathroom amenities, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would fall under the category of thoughtfulness. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.

Blind to middle lounge window broken, it's there for a reason, to keep glare from sun out. Table lamp in lounge would be nice. Bottom bathroom wh basin slow to drain. Small TV.
