A lovely, pretty, quiet cottage with lots of good features. Homely warm and comfy. The area is pretty and quiet but near shops etc. We found we did not have to travel far to get to nice villages etc. Sandringham is close by and is a lovely place to go and we loved the name of one road we went on, Donkey Pond Hill, brilliant. Petals tearoom and gift shop just down the road is excellent. They are dog friendly and give treats and take photos of them and put on a slide show on display. Local homemade things for sale. Excellent food and drinks well worth a visit or two. Best pub Three Horseshoe in Roydon, lovely food, very good value and friendly helpful staff, went 3 times. A really great holiday and relaxing.

Lovely cute cottage in an excellent location for exploring the stunning Norfolk coast. Cottage was well equipped and beautifully dressed. Pretty enclosed gardens for our 2 li’l furballs too. Super close to Sandringham and perfectly placed for trips to Hunstanton, Wells and more. Would highly recommend.

The cottage is comfortable and well equipped. The cottage is in an excellent location for exploration of coastal resorts and interesting villages. Also very good for RSPB sites and for nature lovers in general.
