Ketlam View, built in the 1780’s from local carrstone (a particular feature of this area), is an attractive and luxuriously appointed farmhouse, perfect for a larger family or group of friends wishing to enjoy a holiday retreat in the beautiful countryside of north west Norfolk.

Ideal place to stay for a celebration. Comfortable bedrooms and lounges. The kitchen had everything you would need. Nice touch with the welcome pack. Would definitely stay again.

We have just returned from an amazing weeks holiday as a family of 14. As mentioned in other reviews both properties are very clean and bedding and towels very good quality. The properties aren’t pristine, a few marks on the walls etc , but with 4 boys under 9 and a large dog that certainly didn’t bother us and I believe some decorating is planned for this month. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook big meals every day. The gardens are secure and large enough for children and dogs to let off steam . The main reason we chose Ketlam View was the private pool, it didn’t disappoint, and it was certainly well used , a real advantage to have sole use 24 hours a day . A big shout out to Paul the maintenance man , we had a couple of issues with the pool and he went out of his way to get it sorted as quickly as possible, a very friendly, approachable man and nothing was too much trouble. Not surprised it gets booked up quickly.

Perfect for family and friends across the ages . Particularly catered for children with games rooms / outdoor spaces and pool area . The welcome pack was much appreciated! Location was beautiful.
