Located in the pretty, coastal village of Snettisham, Southvale is a charming and traditional carrstone curated Victorian end terrace cottage nestled in the heart of this popular village. In keeping with a cottage of this age, the stairs are steep, but they are straight and have a handrail. Little ones are well catered for, with travel cot and high chair, and two stair gates provided. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is also a very pretty enclosed rear garden which is a great suntrap (a perfect spot for having a glass of wine after a busy day out). It also has a shed that contains garden games.

The pleasant village of Snettisham offers something for everyone, whatever your age and whatever the weather! There is easy access to some wonderful beaches, wonderful birdwatching at Snettisham rspb, lovely walks and cycling on the Peddars Way, and Sandringham House is just around the corner.
