Heading up the steep cottage-style stairs, you will find the refreshing main family bathroom and three bright, airy bedrooms: two cheerful doubles and a sweet triple room with bunk beds and an additional single bed. Outside, the fully enclosed garden has a generous lawn with a picnic bench and a BBQ, making a lovely space to sit out and dine alfresco on a beautiful sunny evening.

The picturesque village of Briston has some great places to eat and drink, and is surrounded by glorious countryside perfect for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. To the north, the quaint Georgian town of Holt is home to the North Norfolk Railway and the lovely Holt Country Park. Fakenham (10 miles) is a friendly and historic market town, famous for its racecourse and the stunning Pensthorpe Natural Park. Foxley Wood, Blickling Hall and Baconsthorpe Castle are all within 8 miles.
