The Sitting, Dining and Kitchen area is open plan so your group can all be connected regardless of what you are doing. The detached annexe with tea and coffee facilities, provides the ideal space to escape the hustle and bustle of the barn. Outside there is a fabulous lawn and patio area, with table and chairs, that overlook the lake - the perfect place to use the barbecue on the summer evenings! With each bedroom having its own En-suite this is the perfect property for a family or friends getaway.

Excellent holiday accommodation. Peaceful location overlooking a small lake - ducks, ducklings, coots and a very hungry heron. Saw a deer too. Separate unit was very appropriate for our married couple. Kitchen large, clean and functional, well equipped. Lovely bedrooms, clean and comfortable. Comfortable lounge area. Games area and room are brilliant - boules, mini golf, soccer, swings etc - great for youngsters (but we didn't have any).

We (6 adults and 4 kids) stayed for 3 nights and we love the house and the games room and stayed inside most of the time. Kids the play area and they had good time. Facilities were good. We all had good time. We love it.
