Our stay at Valley House couldn’t have been better. A great house in a wonderful location. Easy access to all the areas of Norfolk and Suffolk you could wish to visit. Holt is a charming town and the local pubs in walking distance are proper country pubs! The beds are so comfortable and the log burner probably the best and most efficient I’ve ever encountered! Would highly recommend and will book if and when returning to Norfolk. .

Lovely, very comfy and spacious house in quiet location in unspoilt area of north Norfolk coast. Plenty to see and do in the area, and good pubs, restaurants and delicious local fish. Will certainly return as a week not long enough!

The house is beautiful. Great for a 3 generational holiday, as we all had our own space too. It was spotlessly clean with very comfy beds. We love Cley as a location and it was nice to be able to walk into the village in 15 mins but also be so peaceful and not see any other houses, just the field. Lovely.
