The sea and coastal marshes are only three miles away and two magnificent sandy beaches backed with pine woods with plenty of walks and cycle trails can be found at Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham; easily accessible in a short drive. The town of Holt offers boutique shopping, a great food store and plenty of pubs, coffee shops and restaurants to discover.

Lovely big property convenient to beaches and attractions all a short drive away. Fully enclosed garden nice area to sit plastic garden chairs a bit disappointing. Lovely large lounge, Netflix and more up to date tv would have been useful for amusing grandson but was adequate. Kitchen well equipped maybe a bottle of milk in fridge and some teabags would have been welcome after a long journey. Very pleasant owner who checked we were a ok. Overall a wonderful stay in a very comfortable and well equipped house.
