It has its own Hot Tub and stands next to a Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna, for exclusive guest use for set times during the day, perfect for a refreshing start to the morning or an unwinding evening dip! The light and airy property is all on ground level and benefits from a fully enclosed rear garden and parking for two cars. Situated 2 miles North of the market town of Aylsham and within 10 miles South of Cromer, this property is in the perfect spot for exploring the pretty villages and vibrant towns of North Norfolk. From Aylsham why not hop on a stream train at the Bure Valley railway and enjoy journeying through the picturesque countryside to neighbouring Wroxham. If you are feeling adventurous you can buy a combined ticket and take in the beautiful Norfolk Broads from a tour boat too! Or venture North into the Victorian town of Cromer with its famous pier, cinema, shops and seaside cafes and restaurants. Search for kiddiwitches in the rock pools when the tide is out and crabbing off of the pier is a must. Venture further along this diverse coastline soaking up sandy beaches, marshland and plenty of places to enjoy local delicacies and produce such as freshly caught fish and shellfish.  Explore Norwich with its Cathedral, Museums, Theatre and range of shopping facilities. There is so much to do and see in this beautiful part of the county and Skipjack is a great base with which to relax and unwind at the end of a hectic day!

    This was our second stay at Skipjack cottage which says a lot. It is well located about 15 mins from Cromer and you have access to a private pool. Our children absolutely loved it and having a jacuzzi was an added bonus for relaxing evenings.
