Nestled in the tranquil village of Little Snoring just 5 miles from the Norfolk Coast aonb, this idyllic retreat is ideally situated in the heart of the countryside. Perfect for families or groups of friends, the cosy open-plan living space is warmed by a crackling wood burner, with a tranquil lawned garden and rear courtyard awaiting outside.
This welcoming hideaway combines contemporary styling with characterful exposed beams and plenty of natural light. Upon entering, a hallway leads to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where two sets of French doors create a connection with the landscaped courtyard. The well-equipped kitchen is ready for preparing delicious meals, and the sleek dining table invites you to enjoy sociable meals. After dinner, the inviting lounge provides the perfect space to unwind on sumptuous sofas. A utility room and a separate cloakroom complete the ground floor. At the end of the day, three stylish bedrooms offer a tranquil upstairs retreat. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, while the second king-size room and the twin bedroom share a well-equipped family bathroom. A lovely comfortable & well set out cottage. Tucked away at the rear of the complex with private front & back gardens. We had a great stay only marred by the unworkable tv - despite a call to the office. Hopefully now sorted or with instructions.

Lovely cottage in a fabulous location close to many Norfolk attractions. The garden and house are very safe for young children. The facilities are great with a super gas barbecue, outdoor dining area, and everything you need for a holiday including a lovely welcome pack.
