This charming holiday home is part of a small complex of converted barns just 20 minutes drive from the coast. It enjoys the use of a large, communal garden area; a superb, spacious on-site games room and a 15m heated indoor swimming pool.
Approached by a sweeping private driveway leading to Cannister Hall, Great Barn forms part of a small complex of converted Norfolk barns and enjoys lovely open countryside views; the use of a large, communal garden area; and a superb, spacious on-site games room, fitted out with a snooker table, table tennis and table football; as well as a 15m heated indoor swimming pool (please bring your own swimming towels).
With the the beautiful North Norfolk coastline only a twenty minute drive away and the nearby market town of Fakenham and all its facilities close by, there really is plenty on offer for all ages, at any time of year. The barn has lots of traditional features - exposed beams, timbers and interior brick walling - as well as all the mod cons and creature comforts to create a very comfortable and well-equipped holiday property.
There is a large wood burning stove and modern wall mounted heaters in each room will ensure your stay is warm and cosy. The excellent ratio of three bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, plus a downstairs cloakroom will suit families or couples looking to enjoy a break in this pretty part of rural North Norfolk.

Three old travelling ladies, we visited for three nights...pool was wonderful and a great start to our day. For walking,which we love,great walks available...I would suggest walking to bottom of drive, crossing the road to and finishing at the same point.. Main road very busy when we walked back from Fakenham. We could have used the Wensum way which would have been safer. The property was soo relaxing, well equipped and felt really special. My lovely single bedroom was like a bit of heaven and none of us wanted to leave. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Great stay - returning customer - Loved our stay again at the Great Barn, definitely recommend. Children loved spending time in the pool and the games room. We enjoyed exploring local towns. Fantastic weekend.
