Southrepps Lodge receives high praise for its spaciousness, well-equipped kitchen, and attentive property manager, Julie. Guests enjoyed the comfortable setting, ample facilities including a games room, and the property's suitability for large groups and family gatherings. The lodge's location is appreciated for its proximity to beaches and local attractions. Some minor issues with hot water supply and kitchen cleanliness were noted, but overall experiences were very positive.
Most guests found the lodge to be clean and well-appointed, with particular mention of crisp bed linen and fluffy towels. However, a few guests noted issues with kitchen cleanliness and a smell in one of the rooms, slightly affecting the overall impression.
The lodge's location is consistently praised for its proximity to beaches, local walks, and attractions. Its secluded setting is also highlighted as a positive feature, contributing to a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
Guests found the property comfortable, with multiple sitting rooms and a warm atmosphere. Some concerns were raised about the heat on the third floor during a heatwave and the comfort of some mattresses, but these were minor compared to the overall comfort experienced.
The facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen and games room, were appreciated by guests. However, some maintenance issues like non-working plugs and the need for more hot water were mentioned, indicating room for improvement.
While guests mentioned thoughtful touches like a welcome basket and the provision of tea, milk, and biscuits, there is not enough consistent information about gifts to accurately score this category. Therefore, the score is set to null, and it should be noted that such thoughtful gestures are not guaranteed.

What an amazing place with everything you could possibly need. We intended to have a trip to the beach but we felt so relaxed and at home at the property that we spent the whole of the weekend at the house. The kids spent hours playing hide and seek as well as playing football outside. The games room was a bonus and was enjoyed by both the adults and the kids. Julie the site manager was very helpful and helped to make our stay memorable. Thank you for helping us to make memories and would definately recommend this property.

Visually very impressive on your first approach down that long drive, which sets the tone when you first enter to explore the huge interior. Near enough to many great beaches and various sites in Norfolk and lots of space. (9 adults and 5 children for us). Everybody who stays here will have varying comments whether its bed comfort or something personal to them, we didn't use the freezer facilities very much but could have done with more fridge space. It's an older property with lots of history, which does come with a few low doors so mind your head if tall like me. Being used to catering for large groups it has ample supplies of all manner of equipment. I would use it again and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thanks to Julie (property.manager) who was very helpful and sorted out any questions and issues that arose. Yes I would recommend it to others.
