Beeches cottage was located in the countryside adjacent to the owners farm who where very polite and looked after us. We where very impressed with the cottage very spacious inside and out the place was spotless and warm. 100 out of 100.

Warm welcome from owners, lovely location and fabulous views. Nice to see the cottage was kept up to scratch by owners and that the photos on the Web were a true reflection and not ones taken years ago. Superb area to visit and Stanhope provided a good range of food shops. A great holiday destination. Would recommend!
