Swansdown is a pet-friendly apartment with breaktaking views of the Northumbrian coastline. It ticks every box and even has it’s very on beach hut just off the Little Shore, with full power and tea and coffee making facilities, for those who wish to ‘set up camp’ a few minutes down the road to the beach. The apartment is right next to the coastal cycle path (which is very family-friendly) which runs all the way to pretty Alnmouth to the North and down to Cresswell and Druridge Bay to the south. Spacious for 4 guests but uber-luxurious for just a couple, Swansdown has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and welcomes a small dog too. Swansdown has been awarded 5 stars and a prestigious gold award by Visit England.
There are 4 free passes provided (2 adults and 4 children) to guests for the nearby Amble Links Health and Leisure Club, which is within walking distance and has a 20m indoor heated pool, sauna and fitness suite (see further details below).
Swansdown is located on the first floor, benefiting from the panoramic views, but it is also suitable for guests who have limited mobility. The whole apartment is on one level with lift access to the front door too.

Another perfect stay! Swansdown is a wonderful apartment, is very warm, spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly need! Best of all the the views are amazing. Derek and Colette’s remarkable kindness and attention to detail we be missed. The welcome pack and card, the flowers and the cake are amazing and is hugely appreciated. As is Carly’s outstanding housekeeping! The cutlery drawer is a joy to behold! Thank you so much for making each stay so special.
