This modern and spacious apartment is part of a grade II Listed building and former mill. Located on the edge of Budle Bay, this is a great base for exploring the Northumbrian coast.

This light and airy 2nd floor apartment overlooks the Lindisfarne Nature Reserve at Budle Bay 2 miles north of Bamburgh. Ideal location for bird watching, water sports, walking and visiting the historical castles and buildings along the Northumberland Heritage coastline.

This well equipped comfortable apartment can be accessed via a lift or stairs.

Size: Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms

Beds: 1 x king size bed, 2 Zip n Link king beds which can be twin on request

Bed linen and towels: Duvets with linen and towels provided

Living area: Comfortable seating, TV,  bay window seat and dining table

Kitchen and utilities: Electric oven and hob, integrated fridge,  dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and microwave

Bathroom: 1 en suite bathroom with over bath shower, hand basin and WC and 1 family bathroom with over bath shower, hand basin and WC

Outside: Communal garden with lawned area and wooden picnic tables

Parking: Free private parking (no permit required)

General: Wifi, books and games. 

Accessibility: Second floor apartment accessed via lift or stairs

Pets: One well behaved dog is welcome at £25.00 per week or part thereof. Please do not leave your pet unattended in the property or allow on furniture.

Changeover and availability: Short breaks. Friday and Monday changeover

    The apartment was great. Location ideal with fantastic views of the bay. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. Lots of useful information both in the apartment and also from the owner. We felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our few days there. Would definitely recommend it and hopefully we will return.

    The view is exceptional - and oh, those sunsets!! Absolute gem of a property overlooking the estuary and within easy drive to Bamburgh, Lindisfarne, Seahouses, and other local attractions. Our host could not have been more welcoming, informative, or supportive. There is a walk on the other side of the estuary, which is only open for a couple of months of the year, but we saw numerous yellowhammers and hares. It was also full of bird life in the estuary, including Goosander and Curlew. This is situated in an absolutely beautiful part of the country and we hope to return at some point in the future.

    Fantastic property. Apartment is very well equipped and beds are super comfortable. It's a twitchers' paradise with great views of the burn and estuary from the window seats. We can't wait to return! The owner should get 10*!
