Historic attractions nearby include Boroughgate street, Norman Castle, Church of St. Lawrence, the Settle-Carlisle Railway, and Ribblehead viaduct. The bungalow was so well equipped and comfortable , it had everything we needed. The welcome pack was very useful and thoughtful. The rear garden was fully enclosed and secure for our dogs. Our old dog has mobility issues now and even she could easily manage the two steps between the conservatory and garden. Quiet location even though it's only a five minute drive to the A66. Thanks for a lovely stay, we will definitely book again.

. The bungalow was spotless. Very roomy, and had everything you would need for a family holiday. Our little dog Teddy had the use of an enclosed garden which was well maitained by the very friendly owner. The village was so pretty and quiet. I met other villagers while out on my daily dog walk and they were also very friendly. Our weather was a mix of showers on some days and glorious sunshine on others. It is a perfect place to stay if visiting the Lake District. Although the Eden Valley was also absolutely beautiful. Thankyou so much. We loved it !!!
