Davis Gate Farmhouse is perfect for a group getaway, be it family or friends. The terrace that wraps around one side of the house is a lovely spot for entertaining, with views over the lawned garden and across the Ribble Valley. Soak in the Hot Tub and gaze up at the stars, whilst enjoying a glass of wine or your favourite cocktail! The spacious interior provides a traditional farmhouse feel with exposed beams and flagstone floors. Two wood-burning stoves bring a cosy glow and offers the perfect spot for your dog to lie by the fire after running around the enclosed garden outside. Great care has been taken to furnish and decorate Davis Gate Farmhouse, which includes high-quality artworks and prints. The kitchen and dining space provide a real family farmhouse atmosphere offering high-quality country-living.

General: WiFi, oil fired central heating and hot water system, thermostatically controlled throughout. 2 log-burning stoves (with a welcome basket of logs provided).

Pets: 3 well-behaved dogs welcome.

Other: Towels and bedding are provided. Travel cot & high chair available by request. Private catering available please enquire.

The Hot Tub requires a water change between guests, the water change and heating to temperature takes at least 12 hours which means if there has been a departure on your arrival day, the Hot Tub will not be at temperature until late evening. 

A Weber BBQ is available for use upon request (charcoal not provided). A £50 refundable deposit to be paid to ensure it is left in a good condition.
