Wynfield is a charming three bedroom bungalow situated on the outskirts of the historic market town of Bakewell. An ideal retreat for those looking to explore the beautiful Peak District.
Step inside Wynfield to the light, open-plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals for family and friends; and a sitting room accompanied by a wood burning stove and plenty of seating to cosy up. Through the french doors is the bright and airy conservatory/dining room, where meals can enjoyed looking out onto the pretty garden. The sleeping accommodation consists of three bedrooms, with bedroom one featuring a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom two also includes a king-size bed with Jack n Jill access to the family bathroom; and bedroom three with its double bed also has use of the family bathroom across the hallway.
Outside, the pretty enclosed rear garden enjoys an outdoor dining area with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue, a perfect place to wind down after a stroll in the nearby picturesque market town of Bakewell.
Bakewell is a hidden gem within the Peak District and is only a ten-minute walk from Wynfield with an array of pubs and restaurants, perfect for relaxing after a stroll through Bath Gardens. Well known for its local Bakewell pudding, the town lies on the River Wye providing stunning views along its banks.

Lovely house in a great location with views over the fields and a 5 min walk via a path by the river through to the town and also straight onto a number of walks. The garden is a good size and is even better than the pictures and we used the Gas BBQ several times. Very well equipped, comfortable house and the extras provided by the owners on arrival were a lovely touch. Very good communication and instructions and in property info. We would definitely recommend and book again.

Lovely bungalow in a stunning location. Even though we were close to the hustle and bustle of Bakewell the property was down a peaceful lane. The garden was gorgeous and just right for relaxing. The walk across the meadow into Bakewell was charming. Many thanks to the owners who were welcoming and kind and left some goodies for us to enjoy.
